Summer Supplemental #2 - Political Signs

Good God! Why do people have to put up so many campaign signs? During that all-nighter I talked about in Wednesday #25, I went on a bike ride just before dawn, and on this trip, I went by my local library. And I saw this:
Okay, I may have added the music, but still (it made the breathing much less worse... and those edits were because I needed to control my bike more than I wanted to film), I forgot to not film it in profile... but I don't necessarily want to go back and film it again...
Am I being lazy about this? Sure. I'll take that blame. BUT STILL! Why are there so many signs? Can anyone give me an answer to this question?!?

See ya

Monthly Wrap-Up: May

Well, hey! We did it! Its almost summer! Like, that's awesome!
That aside, let's get this monthly wrap up under way.
This month, we:
Talked about books! And the weird things that happen in my life!
Said goodbye to this years Seniors, and looked towards the future.
Talked Tolkien, and why it would suck to die in Middle-Earth.
Took AP tests (oh my God, those were this month...)

So yeah, that's May, plain and simple. I'll see you guys next Wednesday, when it's June!

Monthly Wrap-Up: April

Well, this is it. April is over with. Done for. Gone. Nonexistent.
To be clear, I mean April 2014. April still exists, but it's like a year away.
This month, we:
  • Went below the earth in a brief post about caving
  • Went hiking and to the zoo on Spring Break!
  • Determined that Superman is fun to play with, not to eat
  • Talked about how I didn't have anything to write about
  • Cried because we didn't have music
  • And came to terms with HIMYM ending...
Well, April showers bring May flowers. And parking cars... And AP tests...

Onwards and upwards, guys. Onwards and upwards.

Monthly Wrap-Up: March

Hello Dreamers! Still dreaming that Fatuous Dream? I hope you are, because I know I am! It's the last day of March, and so we shall reflect on the past month.
     In this month, we:
  • Discussed Competitiveness
  • Asked the question: Bros? What are they, and how to find them?
  • Questioned the direction of phone and computer design
  • LORD OF THE RINGS!!!
  • Talked about my experiences on the crew of the musical production Curtains
  • Apologized too much about a busy schedule (tests next month!)
  • Successfully survived 1/4th of 2014
That's right, we're 25% through with this year. Before you know it, it'll be summer, and I'll be shooting the breeze about practically anything... I can't wait honestly.
But until that time comes when schools out and the sun shines, we just have to keep on dreaming. I'll see you guys next Wednesday, when we talk about music, mulch, and Mother Nature (dat alliteration).

See ya then!

Monthly Wrap-Up: February

HELLO DREAMERS!!! FEBRUARY IS FINALLY DONE!!!
Why is it that the shortest month of the year always feels like the longest? Could it be the ridiculous snow? Or perhaps its the gray skies? Either way, it's done, and good riddance. From here, the year starts looking up!
     In this month, we:
  • Talked about custom ringtones, and my dog standing on my bed
  • Talked about Cats: why I love them, why I hate them, and why you're sending me to Hell for it
  • Talked about Values: gold is the standard, but why? and how come it says "part 1"?
  •  Listen to me ramble as I wrote a blog post that had nothing put into for thought for it. And we Dreamed. Fatuously.
Thank you guys so much for coming this far with me, here's to a happy March. Keep dreaming, and keep fighting (as a radio DJ friend of mine would put it) the Good Fight (a special thanks to ye who lent me Fallout 3)

Monthly Wrap-Up: January

Well, this is it. January 31st. The last day of the first month of the year. Now, I'm not sure of you guys, but I can get pretty nostalgic for this sort of thing (months ending, years ending, seasons ending, birthdays), so it means something to me. That being said, let's do a month wrap up:
In this month, a petition reached the White House to deport Justin Bieber
In this month, it snowed for days and days, and I don't think more than a day or two went by where there wasn't snow on the ground.
In this month, my sister turned 20 years old.
In this month, I wrote 5.1 posts, and got this year off to a nice start.
In this month, I got sick, and had to stay home on Friday, 31st of January.
In this month, a new semester started for my school.
In this month, I became one with the universe.
I look forward to what February brings.
